With their debut EP "Emilia", the up-and-coming German indie-folk trio Luna and the Fathers are about to turn the singer-songwriter world upside down and turn every cold heart into a blazing fire. Lead singer Luna, a small town girl, has struggled with solo performances in Hamburg in recent years. With her precise guitar playing and her subtle storytelling voice, she quickly made a name for herself in the North German music scene. Since then she has won local singer-songwriter competitions and even played support for big German acts like JORIS. A few months later, she asked two of her best friends - bassist and vocalist Mario Kolbe and drummer Marcus Theilmann - to join her project and recorded a 5-track EP in December 2020. The trio was born. Their first single "Warm Rain" is an apology to all the people we wish we could spend more time with, but don'tcan't do it. Despite only recently forming, Luna and the Fathers are more than ready to unveil their heartfelt second EP to the world in 2022.
